Rabat – For many young people, everyday expenses can add up quickly, while free perks are harder to come by. . Morocco’s Pass Jeunes (Youth Pass) is trying to change that, giving young people access to discounts, free services and special offers across different aspects of everyday life.

The pass is available to Moroccan citizens and foreigners residing in Morocco between the ages of 16 and 30. The free application covers culture, sport, transport, training, accommodation, commercial and banking services, among others. 

So, if you’ve ever wondered whether the app is actually useful beyond sitting politely on your phone, here is what you can do with it in 2026.

Visit museums for free

One of the easiest benefits to use is free access to participating museums and historical monuments across Morocco.

That means your next museum visit does not necessarily have to involve the classic young-person calculation of whether the ticket is worth sacrificing lunch for. 

Get moving, literally

According to the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication, the program has expanded nationally to include services related to transport, culture, sport, leisure, and tourism. 

So whether you are commuting, travelling around Morocco, or simply trying to leave your neighborhood once in a while, the Pass can help make getting around a little cheaper.

Learn something new

You can also use the Pass for training and learning opportunities, with participating partners offering different services through the application.

The program has increasingly moved into digital skills too. In 2026, the Ministry announced partnerships connected to the Morocco Gaming Expo, including training opportunities through the HP Gaming Garage, bringing gaming and digital skills into the youth program.

Make travel and leisure a little easier

Beyond education and sports, Pass Jeunes also includes leisure, tourism and accommodation offers. 

The national program covers accommodation among its available services alongside cultural and sporting activities, although the exact discounts and offers depend on the partners and what appears in the application.

That means your next trip around Morocco could come with a few extra savings, whether you are looking for an activity, accommodation, or another participating offer.

Even housing made the list

This is where the Pass gets a little more seriousA partnership between the Ministry and Al Omrane gives eligible Pass Jeunes holders a 5% reduction on certain Al Omrane housing projects, with an additional 2% reduction when promotional offers apply. 

For someone actually thinking about buying property, saving on housing is obviously a rather different category of youth perk from getting a cheaper cinema ticket.

So, what should you actually do with it?

The important thing about Pass Jeunes is that it is not one permanent discount card with the same benefits everywhere. 

Instead, the application brings together offers from participating partners, meaning the available deals can change. The official platform also lets users browse offers by category and location. 

So, if you are between 16 and 30, the simplest move is to download the app, request your pass, and check what’s actually available in your city.

Because being young may come with plenty of expenses, but there is no reason to pay full price for everything.
