Rabat – Caftan Week is set to return to Marrakech for its 26th edition under the theme “Breath of the Atlas,” a concept that highlights elevation, craftsmanship, and the evolving language of Moroccan couture.
This year’s edition places a strong focus on the rich cultural and artisanal heritage of the Moroccan Atlas, reimagined through contemporary design.
A key highlight of the event will be the exhibition hosted at Dar El Bacha, running throughout the four-day program.
The showcase will offer an immersive journey into the fashion and beauty traditions preserved by Atlas communities, presenting a curated dialogue between heritage and modern creativity.
Beyond the exhibition, Caftan Week 2026 will also feature a dedicated Masterclass designed to nurture the next generation of designers.
Bringing together established industry experts, the session aims to provide young creatives with valuable insights, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities within the fields of fashion and design.
The event continues to serve as a strategic platform for emerging talent. Selected designers will have the opportunity to present their work to an audience of professionals, media, and fashion enthusiasts, positioning their creations at the intersection of tradition and innovation.
Each piece showcased reflects a contemporary reinterpretation of the caftan, balancing respect for heritage with bold creative expression.
As part of its commitment to fostering new voices, Caftan Week will reward the most promising talents with a coveted opportunity to participate in the prestigious Caftan 2027 runway show.
The Young Talents Fashion Show remains a cornerstone of the event, embodying the spirit of transmission, continuity, and forward-thinking design that has defined Caftan for over 25 years.
