Fez — Nostalgia Lovers Festival will screen Morocco’s 2026 FIFA World Cup match against Scotland live on a giant screen at the Velodrome de Casablanca on Friday, June 19, turning the retro music event into a football fan zone for one night.

The festival, scheduled from June 18 to 20, is returning to Casablanca with a program built around major hits from the 1980s and 1990s.

Football joins the festival program

Festival organizers said ticket holders will be able to watch Morocco’s match against Scotland as part of the June 19 evening program.

The village is set to open at 6 p.m., with activities starting at 7 p.m. The concert program will begin at 8:30 p.m., before the Morocco-Scotland match is shown live at 11 p.m. on the festival’s giant screen.

FIFA lists Scotland vs. Morocco as a Group C match on June 19 in Boston, while Gillette Stadium confirms a 6 p.m. local kickoff for the fixture. That timing corresponds to 11 p.m. in Morocco.

The screening gives Moroccan supporters in Casablanca a shared space to follow the Lions of the Atlas without leaving the festival grounds.

A night of music and fan energy

The June 19 program will continue after the match, with organizers planning ongoing entertainment, DJ sets, and extended celebrations if Morocco wins.

The format fits the festival’s identity, which is built around collective memory and popular music. This year’s lineup includes international names across disco, R&B, pop, and 2000s nostalgia, with ticketing platforms presenting the event as the third edition of Nostalgia Lovers Festival at the Vélodrome.

By adding a World Cup screening, the festival is widening its appeal beyond concertgoers. The night will give fans a chance to move from live music to football, then back into a party atmosphere.
