RedOne, Pitbull Release 2025 Club World Cup Anthem

RedOne and Pitbull just dropped the official anthem for the 2025 Club World Cup, and it’s a bold remix of Queen’s We Will Rock You. Fez– In a bold musical move that fuses nostalgia with high-voltage energy, Moroccan hitmaker RedOne has teamed up with American rap icon Pitbull to release the official anthem for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, taking place in the United States. And they didn’t hold back. Instead of composing something entirely new, the duo went straight for the jugular of global stadium classics: “We Will Rock You”, Queen’s legendary 1977 anthem.  But don’t expect a simple remix; this is a full reimagining, infused with RedOne’s signature cinematic production and modern electronic beats that bring the old-school stomp-stomp-clap into the heart of 2025. RedOne, known for his Grammy-stacked portfolio and larger-than-life collaborations, kept the song’s iconic chant intact, but spun it into something sleeker, punchier, and tailor-made for a generation raised on festival drops and TikTok loops. It’s a revival, not a replica. Then comes Pitbull. Mr. Worldwide himself dives in with fiery rap verses celebrating victory, perseverance, and the kind of unshakable swagger that fuels championship dreams.  His lyrics ride the beat like a victory lap, delivering the kind of hype that gets fans on their feet, whether they’re in the stadium or streaming the game from across the globe. The choice of “We Will Rock You” isn’t random; it’s arguably one of the most universally recognized anthems of defiance and collective adrenaline.  By bringing it back with a global twist, RedOne and Pitbull have effectively built a bridge between rock royalty and 21st-century sportainment. And while the beat drops and verses blaze, let’s not forget who’s showing up on the field. This year’s Club World Cup includes Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca, representing North Africa with pride and grit.  They’ll be joined by four other Arab powerhouses: Egypt’s Al Ahly, Tunisia’s Espérance Sportive de Tunis, Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal, and the UAE’s Al Ain. So, yes, North Africa and the Middle East will have a serious presence both on the pitch and in the soundtrack.  RedOne and Pitbull aren’t just throwing a party; they’re giving fans an anthem to rally behind. It’s old-school rock, global flair, and pure sporting adrenaline in one track. The stage is set, the song is out, and the countdown to kickoff has officially begun. Let the games and the beats begin. J Balvin, Doja Cat and Tems to Headline Club World Cup Final Halftime Show

Next month’s Club World Cup final promises unforgettable music and football moments in New Jersey. Fez– The FIFA Club World Cup is getting a major glow-up, and this time, it’s not just about football.  FIFA is officially taking a page from the Super Bowl playbook, adding a high-voltage halftime show to the tournament final, set to take place in New Jersey next month. In true spectacle style, three global music powerhouses; Colombian reggaeton king J Balvin, genre-defying American rapper Doja Cat, and soulful Nigerian singer Tems will take the stage for a 15-minute halftime show during the final match. Think lights, beats, and billions of eyeballs. And in case you’re wondering who’s behind this pop-culture-meets-pitch fusion, it’s none other than Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who curated the lineup.  No pressure, but previous Super Bowl halftime acts have included Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, and The Weeknd. FIFA clearly wants a slice of that viral moment pie. This year’s revamped Club World Cup will run from June 15 to July 13, stretching across U.S. cities and featuring heavyweights like Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain.  It’s the first time the tournament has been expanded from its modest seven-team format to a full-scale 32-team showdown.  In other words, FIFA is betting big, and not just on football. FIFA President Gianni Infantino is already setting expectations sky-high. “This show will be unforgettable,” he said, calling it not only a spectacle for the night but a cultural moment with lasting impact.  Whether that’s marketing speak or prophetic insight remains to be seen, but clearly, this isn’t just a match, it’s an entertainment product. And yes, Lionel Messi fans, you’re covered. The Argentinian legend is expected to play with Inter Miami, bringing his star power stateside once again.  One megastar we won’t be seeing? Cristiano Ronaldo. Despite rumors and various offers, the 40-year-old has opted out.  His contract with Saudi club Al-Nassr wraps at the end of June, and for now, he’s sitting this one out. So what do you get when you mix football giants, music royalty, and a dose of American showbiz energy?  A final that’s aiming to make headlines, and maybe even history. Let’s just hope the football holds up its end of the bargain. Read more: Shiloh Jolie Changes Her Name to Shi, Steps Into the Spotlight
