Marrakech – Royal Mansour Marrakech has won the “No. 3 Gin Art of Hospitality Award,” paving the way for a grand entrance at the “International 50 Best Hotels in the World Awards” on September 17 in London.
This award recognizes a hotel and its staff for exceptional service and unparalleled attention to detail.
“Royal Mansour Marrakech has long been a benchmark for hospitality,” stated Emma Sleight, content manager for The World’s 50 Best Hotels in a recent interview
Sleight highlighted that, “Less than a year after the Marrakech-Safi earthquake, this achievement is particularly impressive,” adding that the organizers are honored to celebrate this award, which “reflects the hotel’s resilience and dedication to providing exceptional service despite challenging times.”
The 600 voters from The World’s 50 Best Hotels Academy were invited to name the hotel where they had the best experience over the past 18 months of the voting period.
Voters were asked to consider the ambiance created within the hotel, the inclusion of unique experiential elements, and the warm spirit of hospitality offered.
At Royal Mansour Marrakech, there are no rooms; guests stay in private riads.
Designed by King Mohammed VI, the 53 riads are nestled within lush gardens and feature traditional architecture crafted by local artisans.
Shaded corners under date palms, tranquil courtyards, and mosaic fountains create a serene sanctuary within the bustling city.
The expansive spa is the crown jewel of the property, boasting a hammam and a menu of holistic treatments.
“It is a distinct honor for our flagship hotel to receive this award. This achievement is thanks to our exceptional staff, who tirelessly strive to offer the highest level of hospitality, ensuring that every guest leaves with magical and unique memories of their stay,” shared Jean-Claude Messant, General Manager of Royal Mansour Collection in a recent interview with the press.
The spirit of gracious Moroccan hospitality extends to the restaurants: La Grande Brasserie and La Grande Table Marocaine, led by renowned chef Helene Darroze, Sesamo, the opulent Italian eatery by the Alajmo brothers; and Le Jardin, offering a Mediterranean-Asian fusion crafted by executive chef Jerome Videau.
The International 50 Best Hotels in the World Awards set a new benchmark for recognizing the finest accommodations globally.
Celebrating excellence in hospitality, these awards highlight hotels that offer unparalleled experiences, exceptional service, and unique charm.
