Fez — Casablanca’s Villa Boga is giving brunch a new place on its calendar, introducing weekday and weekend dining experiences alongside monthly wellness sessions at its Aïn Diab location.

The restaurant, which has welcomed generations of Casablancans since 1982, is expanding its programming with brunch menus designed for everything from quick lunch breaks to leisurely weekend gatherings.

Located near the city’s Corniche, Villa Boga aims to combine its longstanding culinary identity with changing dining habits, offering guests several ways to enjoy the restaurant throughout the week.

Brunch for weekdays and weekends

From Monday to Friday, Villa Boga will serve a weekday brunch between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m., catering to customers looking for a midday break without committing to a lengthy meal.

The weekday offering costs MAD 280 ($28.6) per person.

On Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant will offer a more relaxed brunch experience from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., encouraging families and friends to spend more time together.

The weekend menu features Parisian-style bread baskets, miniature pizzas, eggs, crepes, sweet treats, and beverages.

Villa Boga plans to refresh its selection every month, combining established house favorites with seasonal ingredients and new culinary inspirations.

Families can also choose a dedicated children’s menu for guests under ten, featuring Margherita pizza, a cheese sandwich, chocolate crepes, and a juice of their choice.

Weekend brunch costs MAD 280 per adult, while the children’s menu costs MAD 160 ($16.3).

When breathwork meets brunch

Beyond the food, Villa Boga is introducing “B&B Saturdays,” a monthly collaboration with Dina Berrada Method that combines guided breathing exercises with a shared dining experience.

The sessions will feature SOMA Breathwork, a practice incorporating rhythmic breathing, breath-holding exercises, visualization, and music.

According to the organizers, the experience aims to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and renewed energy before participants gather around the table for brunch.

Each edition will introduce a different atmosphere, collaborators, and activities, giving guests a new experience every month.

The initiative reflects Villa Boga’s ambition to extend its activities beyond traditional restaurant service, bringing wellness experiences into a social dining environment.

The restaurant also plans occasional weekend events featuring live music, special guests, and entertainment.

Organizers will announce further details about these gatherings in the coming months.

A Casablanca institution embraces a new chapter

Villa Boga’s history dates to 1982, when the restaurant established itself as a familiar gathering place for Casablanca residents.

Following its reopening in June 2024, the establishment sought to preserve its original character while adapting its dining concept to contemporary expectations.

Its current atmosphere combines a sunlit terrace with an intimate indoor dining area, allowing the restaurant to accommodate family meals, business lunches, and evening gatherings.

The restaurant continues to draw on the culinary identity of the original Boga Boga, including signature dishes such as its special salad and orange crepe, while incorporating new offerings.

With its expanded brunch program, Villa Boga is positioning itself as more than a destination for lunch or dinner, introducing regular experiences that bring together food, wellness, and social activities.

The restaurant is located at 7 Rue de la Tempête, Aïn Diab, Casablanca.
