You can choose your face mask based on your specific needs, whether it’s hydration, firming, brightening, or simply achieving more radiance and glow in your skin.
Cooling cucumber and Aloe Vera mask
Use half a cucumber since they are refreshing, especially if you keep the mixed ingredients in the refrigerator. It evens out the skin tone, tightens the pores, and improves the overall complexion.
Add in 2 teaspoons of natural aloe vera gel, add some manuka honey, grind the mix, and apply. You can also store the mix in ice cubes and apply it later all on your face.
Nila powder mask
Through mixing one teaspoon of Nila powder, Nila powder has been used by Moroccan women for centuries because of its brightening effect.
Add one big tablespoon of organic yogurt – it is nourishing, moisturizing and cooling to the skin, make sure all ingredients are as fresh and natural as possible.
You can add a tablespoon of Manuka honey into the mix for its antibacterial effects. Apply on a clean skin, don’t forget to include your neck down to the collarbones.
Rice mask
Try pouring one and a half tablespoons of rice into a bowl, rice has been a staple in many cultures for its benefits, including Korean skin care.
Rinse it twice, then cook it until it becomes soft. Add the rice into the blender, and add one tablespoon of honey.
Add vitamin E for extra moisture, leave the moisture in the refrigerator to cool down, and use it on a washed face.
Moringa powder mask
Moringa is used as a holistic ingredient internally and externally, this supernatural food is packed with multivitamins and minerals; it helps heal acne, soothes irritation, and lightens pigmentation.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of moringa, add honey, and rose water for maximum hydration, mix until smooth. Make sure the moringa powder is pure, this mask is perfect for acne-prone skin.
Coffee and cacao powder:
The perfect antioxidant mask is designed to exfoliate, brighten, and give your skin a unique glow.
To create it, combine two teaspoons of ground coffee (or instant coffee) with two teaspoons of raw cocoa powder, which is known for its antioxidant properties and ability to clear hyperpigmentation.
Mix these ingredients with probiotic yogurt and add manuka honey. Apply the mixture to achieve a soft, youthful, and radiant complexion.
