Casablanca – This weekend, Douzi is set to drop a new track titled “Tal 3dabi,” presented as a duet between his present voice and a recreated AI version of his younger self.

The song marks the second release from his upcoming album, following “Laylat Al Wada3,” which opened the project’s rollout.

Ahead of the release, Douzi teased the concept on social media without revealing the full idea, sharing a poster showing himself seated next to an empty chair marked with a question sign, sparking speculation and fan engagement around the mystery collaboration.

He later unveiled the full visual, revealing the concept more clearly: a meeting between his present self and the child who first stepped into music 30 years ago.

‘A meeting between two generations in one body’

Describing the project as “the biggest surprise” of his career, Douzi shared how emotional the experience has been for him.

“It’s an indescribable feeling hearing my voice at 8 years old singing with me… this duet is the most precious gift I’ve given to myself and to my audience,” he wrote, calling it “a historic meeting between two generations in one body.”

In another message, he reflected on the deeper meaning behind the track, saying, “today I sing a duet with myself to prove that dreams never die.”

He added that time feels irrelevant when it comes to music, where the past and present can exist in the same moment.

For him, the song became a reunion with the younger version of himself who started the journey with the same pure passion and innocence. He described it as both the most challenging and the most beautiful project of his career.

“I stood in front of the mic, and my voice from 30 years ago answered me,” he said. “It felt like singing with a part of my soul that was lost and came back.”

With this release, Douzi continues to push his artistry in unexpected directions, blending nostalgia, storytelling, and innovation in a way that feels deeply personal rather than technical.

For fans, it is also a chance to reconnect with the child voice they first discovered years ago, now coming full circle in a moment where past and present meet in one song.
