Rabat – After launching its first edition in 2025 under the name XperienZa, XtravaganZa is returning in 2026 with a larger vision and growing ambition: to establish Taghazout Bay as Morocco’s leading immersive lifestyle destination.

From June 5-7, the Radisson Blu Taghazout Bay Surf Village will host “XtravaganZa: Carnaval de Lumières,” an open-air sensory festival blending electronic music, monumental scenography, wellness experiences, and artistic exploration along Morocco’s Atlantic coast.

This year’s edition marks a new chapter for the festival, symbolized by the butterfly, the event’s new emblem representing transformation, self-expression, freedom, and collective awakening.

Designed around the four natural elements: Water, Earth, Air, and Fire, the festival promises a holistic journey where daytime wellness rituals transition into immersive nightlife experiences.

During the day, festivalgoers will be invited to slow down and reconnect through yoga and stretching sessions overlooking the ocean, surfing experiences on Taghazout’s iconic waves, Moroccan gastronomy workshops, wood-fire cooking classes, and sacred cacao ceremonies inspired by Mayan traditions.

As the sun sets over the Atlantic, the festival’s “Sunset Ritual” transforms the beach into a living stage filled with light installations, immersive performances, and artistic scenography.

One of the highlights of the 2026 edition is a collaboration with the legendary Nice Carnival.

Several iconic costumes and artistic silhouettes from the famous French carnival will be integrated into XtravaganZa through illuminated performances and visual installations created exclusively for the event.

XtravaganZa 2026 lineup

The festival’s international lineup combines melodic electronic music, afro house, and organic house with emerging and established Moroccan talent.

Andrea Oliva, Arkadyan, Caiiro, Joezi, Joris Delacroix, Joachim Pastor, Teho, alongside Adassiya, Deron, Kali G, Moeaike, Oddity, Saint Lanvain, and W, are set to perform across the three-day festival.

From Caiiro’s afro-organic textures to the melodic landscapes of Joachim Pastor, Joris Delacroix, and Teho, the lineup has been curated as a continuous sensory journey. Joezi’s emotional rhythms, Andrea Oliva’s refined electronic sound, and Arkadyan’s immersive live performances will shape the festival’s nighttime atmosphere.

Organizers say every performance has been designed as part of a wider narrative, from organic sunset sessions facing the Atlantic Ocean to hypnotic nights driven by light, bass, and collective energy.

For the occasion, the Radisson Blu Taghazout Bay Surf Village will undergo a complete transformation with immersive scenography, organic installations, light displays, and sensory experiences spread across the beach, rooftop, gardens, and communal spaces.

Festival producer William Lozano said the partnership with the Taghazout Bay destination brand and the venue guarantees international organizational standards and a premium festival experience.

More than just a music festival, XtravaganZa positions itself as a new form of celebration centered around wellness, aesthetics, music, and freedom, all within a bohemian-chic atmosphere unique to Morocco.
