Casablanca – Moroccan-Belgian singer DYSTINCT has added another charting moment to his growing list of achievements, with his latest single, “Katkouta,” entering Billboard Arabia’s Hot 100 at No. 16.

Released on August 28 through Avalon Music, the track arrives with the playful energy that has become part of DYSTINCT’s musical identity.

Its polished production, catchy rhythm, and Arabic pop sound give “Katkouta” an easy, upbeat feel made for repeat listens.

The song also comes with a visual world that matches its lighter side. DYSTINCT plays with color, movement, and a playful bakery-inspired concept in the music video, giving the release a personality that goes beyond the track itself.

That mix of sound and visuals fits an artist who rarely stays in one musical lane. DYSTINCT has built his style around Arabic pop while bringing together North African influences,

“Katkouta” is far from his only appearance on this week’s Hot 100. “Yamma” sits at No. 5, followed by “Katkouta” at No. 16. “Ta3al” lands at No. 51, while “Hagde” and “La” take No. 77 and No. 79, respectively.

With five songs spread across the chart, DYSTINCT is not simply making an appearance. He is making space for himself.

And honestly, with “Katkouta” joining the lineup, it looks like he is not planning to leave that space anytime soon.
