Rabat – The 2018 Latin Grammy Award winner Maluma is set to perform in Marrakech’s Grand Stadium on Friday, July 1st, 2022.
Maluma announced the news in a video posted on his Papi Juancho Marrakech Instagram page on May 11.
Tickets for the concert are available on the online tickets vending platform ‘Guichet‘.
Maluma, alongside Karol G., made history in the summer of 2019, when over 200,000 people attended their music performance in Mawazine festival in Rabat. This was Maluma’s first performance in Morocco, and it shows just how much his Moroccan fans like him.

The singer shared an emotional video on June 29, 2019, filming the massive audience screaming and waving their phones’ flash-lights. “You have to see this!” More than 200,000 hearts beating together! Dreams do come true, I love you Rabat,” he said in the video.
The Colombian artist had previously visited Marrakech in April 2019, to shoot a Music Video with French singer Maitre Gims.
Maluma’s real name is Juan Luis Londoo Arias. Born in 1994 and raised in Medellin, Colombia, he developed an early interest in music and began recording songs at the age of sixteen. In 2012, he released his debut album, Magia. Papi Juancho, his most recent album, was released in August 2020.
The Columbian artist has worked with greats such as Moroccan-American rapper French Montana, Jason Derulo, Shakira, and Ricky Martin.
Marrakech, Morocco’s Red City, will also hold the 23rd edition of the Gnaoua and Music of the World Festival on June 9-10, 2022.
