Casablanca – Rockstar Games is giving fans a closer look at Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) with an extended presentation premiering on Netflix on August 27, before arriving on YouTube.
The presentation is expected to offer a deeper look at the highly anticipated game ahead of its official release on November 19, adding to the excitement surrounding a title fans have been waiting years to see.
It has been 13 years since “GTA 5” was released in 2013, making the wait for the latest installment one of the longest in the franchise’s history.
The GTA 6 was also delayed twice before Rockstar confirmed November 19 as its new release date.
Part of the anticipation comes from what has always made GTA stand out. Its immersive open-world experience, filled with detailed surroundings and everyday scenes, gives the game world a sense of life and realism that has kept players coming back.
For many, the franchise has also been part of their childhood, remaining a familiar presence as they grew older.
The new installment takes players back to Vice City, now set within Leonida, a fictional state drawing inspiration from Florida.
At the heart of the story are Jason and Lucia, with Lucia becoming the first woman to take the lead in a mainline installment of the franchise.
