Rabat — Morocco’s cultural heritage, creative industries, and entrepreneurship will take center stage in Paris as Wasala 2026, the first Salon de la Découverte du Maroc (Morocco Discovery Fair), prepares to welcome visitors on September 26.
The event will take place at Adidas Arena in Paris from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., presenting an immersive journey through Morocco’s regions, traditions, and craftsmanship.
Organized by La Maison du Maroc in France, AL Manzil, and their partners, the salon aims to bring together people interested in discovering the kingdom’s cultural diversity.
Throughout the day, visitors will explore thematic spaces dedicated to different sides of Morocco, while meeting exhibitors from Morocco and France.
Artisans, creators, artists, entrepreneurs, cultural professionals, institutions, and associations are expected to take part, creating a space for encounters between different generations and communities.
The program will span a broad range of Moroccan traditions and contemporary practices, including gastronomy, craftsmanship, music, languages, and tourism.
Visitors will also have the chance to experience Moroccan culture through demonstrations, workshops, conferences, and a dedicated food area that offers traditional specialties.
A meeting point for culture and innovation
Beyond its cultural focus, Wasala also places entrepreneurship and innovation at the heart of the event.
The salon seeks to showcase Moroccan initiatives while highlighting the country’s evolving creative and business landscape.
