Casablanca – Moroccan singer Jannat returned with a new song titled “Ale Fato” on Wednesday, adding another release to her recent run of songs.
Penned and composed by Mostafa Shokry, the song carries the romantic energy that has long been part of Jannat’s musical identity.
The new release explores the idea of moving on after going through disappointments with people we once cared about, whether friends or loved ones.
Those experiences, however, make the latest heartbreak feel easier to let go of. What once seemed important starts to feel smaller when compared to everything that came before it.
If the fans’ reaction is any indication, Jannat and the team behind the song seem to have struck the right note. The response is hardly surprising for an artist who has maintained a strong connection with her audience throughout her career.
“Ale Fato” comes after the success of her latest song “Ya Einy,” and “Enta Sa7.”
While all three releases remain rooted in romance, they approach love from different angles, moving from healing and moving on to the pain of missing a past relationship, and now to a more carefree sense of letting go.
Over the years, Jannat has built a catalogue closely tied to love and relationships, with songs such as “Agbany Shakhsito,” “Habibi Ala Neyato,” and “Al Badi Azlam” becoming part of the soundtrack to many love stories.
With “Ale Fato,” Jannat continues to build on that legacy, keeping her name among the prominent voices of the Moroccan-Egyptian music scene and across the wider Arab region.
